Rankin Wins Individual title, Eagles Finish Sixth

Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-The Eagles wrapped up action at the Citrus Invitational in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and finished in sixth place. Nathan Rankin won the 125 individual title. In the semifinals, Rankin won by major decision over Kaya Bogle (Castleton) (Maj 15-6). In the championship match, Rankin won by decision over Mac Cafurello (Roanoke College) (Dec 4-1). Jacob Dado (141) was fourth with a 4-2 record. Jaylen York (149) was fourth with a 4-2 record. Ndayambaje John (165) was sixth with a 2-3 record. Ka’Ron Lewis (285) was sixth with a 2-3 record.
