Updated 6A Rankings

Hi, Hello, how are you? Here we go with the first ever Arkansas Wrestle 6A Rankings. Coming hot off the 2020-2021 team championship, Bentonville reloads and is ready to make another run at the 2021-22 championship with 12 wrestlers ranked bringing in a projected team total of 205 points.

Since we are all new here, let’s go over how we project team rankings. Team rankings are calculated from the individual rankings. The top six in each weight class is assigned a point total (#1: 25 pts, #2: 21pts, #3: 18pts, #4: 15pts, #5: 12pts, #6: 9pts), those totals are added up to give us the team rankings. Team rankings are not based from dual head-to-head records or in-season tournament placements.

Now the fun stuff, individual rankings. For our individual rankings, we did not include any wrestlers who have not wrestled a match this year. There are some very good state placers and qualifiers from last year who have not wrestled this season.
