Scots men's wrestling results from University of Ozarks Eagle Duals

CLARKSVILLE, Arkansas — Five Scots competed at the University of Ozarks Eagle Duals today. The Scots were one of four teams at the meet, as they competed against host University of the Ozarks, Williams Baptist University, and Westminster College.

Ty Ferguson went 2-3 on the day, scoring a pin in his final match against Kannon Blagg of Westminster. Clay Queen Jr. finished 2-2 at the meet, also scoring a pin in his third match versus Austen James of Westminster. Eli Lupton finished 1-2 on the day, scoring a pin in his lone victory against Micah Oltmanns of Williams Baptist. Shmuel “Sam” Tabak went 0-3 on the day, narrowly missing the victory in his opening match as he fell via decision by only a single point. Liam Selhorst finished 0-1 on the day.

The Lyon College men’s wrestling team will return to action following winter break, as they will head to Missouri Baptist compete at the Tom Smith Invitational on Saturday, January 11.
