LEBANON, Ill. – Ashley Whetzal of Lyon College finished second overall in the 123-pound weight classification. Whetzal received a bye for the first round and defeated Taylin Long in the second round and defeated her 10-0 with a fall at the 2:40 mark. Whetzal defeated Shainia Murray of McKendree University 6-4 and beat Caitlyn Thomas of McKendree University 7-0. Whetzal faced Peyton Stroud of McKendree in the championship match.
