ARKADELPHIA – Three wrestlers from Ouachita Baptist University have been selected to the 2025-26 Academic All-District Team presented by College Sports Communicators.
The three selected include juniors Caleb Andrews, Justin Shaw, and BK Seago. Andrews and Shaw are now two-time honorees.
The CSC Academic All-District Team recognizes athletes that carry at least a 3.5 cumulative grade-point average in at least their second year of college and those that are significant contributors to their team.
Andrews was Ouachita’s top wrestler in the 149-pound class this season. The Belle Chasse, Louisiana native is pursuing a degree in computer science with a minor in mathematics.
Shaw was the top lightweight for the Tigers this year. The Batesville, Arkansas native is pursuing a degree in music industry.
Seago was one of the best heavyweights in the nation this year, finishing third in the region and qualifying for the NCAA Division II Wrestling Championships. The Collinsville, Oklahoma native is pursuing a degree in kinesiology.
